We work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here’s what you can expect when shopping with ReliaStore.
Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of R150 applies to standard orders.
Please note that large or bulky items may incur additional courier charges, depending on the size, weight, and delivery location. If this applies to your order, we will notify you before dispatch.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. If we become aware of any delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to residential and work addresses within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, or if any action on your side results in extra courier fees, those costs will be for your account.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the courier handling your delivery. You can use this information to follow your parcel every step of the way. Tracking is not possible for parcels delivered directly by our suppliers.
Courier Deliveries
ReliaStore cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier partners. Any concerns about delivery timing or delays should be raised directly with the courier using the tracking details provided.
Receiving Your Parcel
When your parcel arrives, you will be asked to sign for it as confirmation that it was received in good condition.
If the package looks damaged, please refuse the delivery.
If you cannot check the contents immediately, sign for it as “NOT INSPECTED.” This helps protect your warranty and return rights if there is an issue later.
