Returns Eligibility
- Unused Items Only: Returns are only accepted for unopened items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original and undamaged packaging together with any manuals, cables, tools, or other accessories.
- 7-Day Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days from the date you received the item. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear, or those not in resaleable condition, will not be eligible for return.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or incorrect delivery (for example, if you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Courier collection and return costs will also be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund total.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact support@reliastore.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
If the return relates to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include clear supporting photographs showing the issue when you submit your request.
Once your return has been reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions for collection or return.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable handling fees and courier costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or an incorrect item was delivered.
